5D Mark III, 1D Mark V, 1Ds replacement (in lieu of 1Ds Mark IV)... Canon Rumors starting to flow. These rumors sound quite similar to past ones that have been reported on CR so it's hard to believe they won't prove to have some grain of truth.
Specifically, it is looking like the 1D line may be consolidated in a full-frame body and the 1Ds line replaced by something that can compete against the Pentax 645D and other low-cost entries in the medium format field.
I wouldn't be shocked to see the 5D Mark III in the 28-32 megapixel range or equipped with 7D-grade autofocus, but I'm just guessing there (though of course there have been rumors of those specifications). Personally, I would prefer to see the 5D stay at 21 megapixels with fewer banding issues and pro-grade autofocus, but that's just me. Or a sub-$2,000 stripped-down Rebel-like full-frame camera, that would be okay too.
But paying $2,500 for a 3.9 fps 5D Mark II with nine-point autofocus is not something on my horizon. Still keeping an eye toward the Nikon camp.
