We were traveling in Matang, a village in Guizhou, and came upon this woman. She invited us in and cooked us some sticky rice with sugar on a wood fire. She said she was in her 90's. It was too dark in the room to focus with the kit lens I had with me at the time but I attached an old manual focus Nikon 28mm f/2.8 to my Canon 40D via adapter. This photo was featured in the book China Files.
